Anchored Parenting Groups

(Ages 0–10 & 11–18)

Parenting doesn’t have to feel lonely. Our Anchored Parenting Groups offer a safe, therapist-led space where parents learn practical tools and connect with others in the same season.
- Ages 0–10 — Build a strong foundation with early brain development insights, secure attachment, and healthy routines.
- Ages 11–18 — Navigate adolescence with confidence while strengthening connection, communication, and boundaries.

Each session blends research-based strategies, group conversation, and take-home tools you can use right away.


Anchored Youth Group (Ages 13–18)

Teens need a place to feel seen and supported. Anchored Youth helps them build resilience, confidence, and healthy relationships while exploring identity, friendships, and future goals. Sessions are interactive, practical, and faith-informed.

• Small, welcoming groups for safe conversation and connection
• Weekly 60 minute sessions with focused, relevant topics
• Led by licensed and experienced facilitators
• Practical takeaways families can apply immediately

Anchored Groups combine the support of community with the insight of therapy because no one should have to navigate parenting or adolescence alone.

Fees & Payment

At Anchored Village, we believe support should be accessible. While we do not accept insurance at this time, we offer a sliding scale for individual sessions based on financial need. This allows us to work together in a way that’s sustainable for you and your family.

Groups are $25 per session, making it easier to join a supportive community without financial strain. Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
